The Reading Rage Soccer Club presents the Rage on BCTV! Each segment focuses on a different
aspect of the Reading Rage and the Rage Youth Academy, including a regular coches corner segment. This program is shown live on the third Monday of every month at 9:30 p.m. BCTV is on Channel 13
on Comcast and Channel 19 on Service Electric Cablevision.

The Reading Rage youth system is duplicating the successes of their PDL team by having an impressive 2008 campaign of their own and sending multiple teams to the Super Y-League North American Finals in Tampa, Florida this November.

Coach Dave Kupsov Earns National "D" License
Congratulations to Coach Dave Kupsov on earning his National "D" License.
Adam Gazda earns top pdl honors
After finishing the season six goals and six assists and leading the Rage to the Mid Atlantic and Eastern conference Championship, midfielder Adam Gazda was named to the PDL All-League Team.

Hertzog named one of top incoming collegiate freshmen
Only a few high school or club soccer players have the opportunity to play soccer at the Dision I level. Corey Hertzog, who will play at Penn State this Fall, not only will play at this level, but has been chosen by College Soccer News as one of the top 100 Freshmen to keep an eye on.

U9 Boys Redland 3v3 Champions
The U9 Boys won the Redland 3v3 Tournament by going 6-0 and out-scoring their opponents
43-7. The tournament victory pulled them one step closer to qualifying for the
Disney World 3v3 in January 2009.

With two victories this past weekend, The U14 Lady Rage earned themselves a spot in the
USL Super Y-League National Championships this November.

U17 Rage Advance to USL Super Y-League National Championships
The U17 Boy's Rage defeated Parsippany 2-1 Saturday in a battle for first-place in the Super-Y
Mid Atlantic division. They then finished their season with their seventh shutout by defeating the
Long Island Rough Riders 1-0. The Rage finished 11-1 and secured a number one seed for the
USL Super Y-League National Championships this November.

U17 Rage boys earn draw with India
The U16 Boys earned a 2-2 draw against the U16 Inia National team which held an unprecedented
13 wins and one draw coming into the match over their pervious 14 matches that has spanned three continents and seven countries.

Heat halt rage's championship season
In the PDL National Championship semi-finals, the Laredo Heat found a way to shut down a
Rage offense and that averaged better than two goals a game this season, ending the Rage's
best season in franchise history.

RAGE WIN EASTERN CONFERENCE
CHAMPIONSHIP!
The Reading Rage ended a six-year playoff drought in style by winning the Eastern Conference Championship. Sunday night, they defeated the defending Eastern Conference champion Brooklyn Knights 1-0 to capture the Championship. They will travel next Saturday to Laredo, Texas to face the Laredo Heat in the PDL semi-finals.
